Logic Trends is lead by a highly experienced team of managers with extensive expertise in helping enterprises reduce their security risks and meeting regulatory requirements. Together, they lead the industry in their depth of identity and access management (IAM) knowledge.

Ken Stone | CEO

As the CEO, and Cofounder of Logic Trends, Ken Stone's experience spans more than 14 years of business management and Information Technology professional services. Since founding Logic Trends in 2002, Stone has helped guide the firm to both regional and national prominence, including multiple service awards and recognition by the Inc. 500 as one of the Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in the U.S. for the years 2004 and 2005.

Prior to founding Logic Trends, Stone developed his technology career with one of the larger IT services firms in the U.S., where he sold and managed IT projects on both a regional and national level. Stone received a B.S. in Management from Georgia State University.

Phillip Lentz | Chief Technology Officer

Phillip Lentz, the Co-President, CTO, and Cofounder of Logic Trends, has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry and has been focused specifically on application and identity security for the past 10 years. Lentz is responsible for defining Logic Trends' technical direction including research and product development, client strategy and assessments, infrastructure architecture, and market analysis. Considered a foremost authority in the area of Identity and Access Management, Lentz has authored multiple white papers on the state of application security.

Andrew Ames | Vice President
Sales and Marketing

Andrew Ames has extensive experience in strategic business development, marketing and sales of Identity and Access Management solutions. Since his arrival in 2004, Ames has provided vision and direction, establishing Logic Trends as the leading Identity and Access Management professional services firm. As part of the executive management team for Logic Trends, Ames is responsible for business strategy, sales management and marketing along with customer- and executive-level interfacing activities. During his 4 years with Logic Trends, Ames has accumulated vast expertise across all lines of business from his roles as director of sales, sales and marketing management, manager of professional sales development and strategic advisor to the CTO and CEO. Prior to joining Logic Trends, Ames was regional sales manager for OpenNetwork, where he was responsible for direct sales and development of the national partner program. He has also held similar positions at Entrust, enCommerce and Sun Microsystems, all with a focus on Identity and Access Management solutions. Ames holds a bachelor's degree in History from Hampden-Sydney College and a Masters in Business Administration from the Pepperdine University.

Buck Bell | Vice President
Identity Management Practice

Buck Bell joined Logic Trends in 2004 and has over 13 years of experience in the fields of Information Systems Management, Technical Sales, and Identity and Access Management. Bell has specific expertise in information systems analysis and design, project and team management, enterprise architecture, and in user identity lifecycle management. Prior to joining Logic Trends, Bell was a technical sales manager for OpenNetwork Technologies, where he was responsible for coordinating with sales team efforts in the areas of scoping, designing and planning enterprise software deployments. He has also held management and senior technology positions at Kforce, Nielsen Media Research and Romac. Bell attended the University of South Florida as an Honors College double major in Economics and Management of Information Systems.

Jeffrey Keeney | Vice President
Resources

Joining the Logic Trends team in September 2002, Jeffrey Keeney has over 14 years of IT experience in the field of talent acquisition and resource delivery. Keeney leads a team that designs and implements programs to attract, develop, and engage talent, and facilitate the building of high performing organization. His extensive resource management and delivery experience from both a strategic and tactical perspective enable Logic Trends to manage processes for maximum efficiency. Prior to joining Logic Trends, Keeney was the director of recruiting for MaxStaff Inc. where he was responsible for recruiting efforts and office operations. Keeney received a B.A. in Business Management from Assumption College.
